To be a good rider require many skills. Not only feeding the horse and riding it. Knowing how you as a rider affect your horse is extremely important.
All riders and all horses are individual and demands an individual solution. Most riders have a good balance but you might need the strength or coordination to keep it. Excersises can be important but if you have any tightness or other physical problems these might have to be solved for you the do the excersises correct.
Working with your body takes a long time. I offer to make a plan for you and your horse. Exercises can be made to fit the time you have avalible. You shouldn't spent time on the wrong or irrelevant exercises.
