treatment of your dog

treatment of your dog

no matter if our dog is enjoying himself on the couch or is a high-performance work or competition dog, he should not be in any pain.

how do I know my dog might have pain

Your dog can show you loss of mobility and the need of treatment by

  • it will walk asymmetrical
  • it will not step equally forward with the hind legs
  • it will not lift or sway with the tail
  • it will tuck it's rear under itself
  • it might lick or chew on it's paws

chiropractic treatment of the dog is done by using small and precise movements. There is no bone out of place but the mobility and function of the joints are restored, relaxing the surrounding musculature. I also will use a variety of soft tissue techniques to loosen tendons, muscles and fascia.

I will always watch the dog moving. If there is any lameness or recurring episodes of lameness I will always recommend that you contact your veterinarian.
